I have a question (or two). I am a novice ashtanga yoga practitioner and want to know how to relax your muscles on the outward breath during a pose?
Also, how do you know if your posture is good if you don't have a good posture to begin with.
I had a look at some stuff and I think the more fluid dance like movements are really cool, but I'm not so into the chanting etc haha. Also I think that article is for wellington, but thanks for checking it out for me. the style is based on ashtanga anyway was my understanding. See you at yoga tonight
