Oh sorry I still don't see everything that is on this site. Well lets see I had just finished my capoeira episode and I was on my way to Levin to do a maori stick fighting art when my computer broke down. So I had to stop for a few months to work and I just now have the money to get a new laptop. But seeing as it's the end of the end I figure I will pick things up at the start of next year. There are so great teachers in Gisborne which is where I am spending my summer but I am not sure if they would appear on camera. So it might be back to Levin to give that another shot.

ok so I have a few on me already the first is using your keys as knuckle dusters, I have my reservations about doing this, hopefully I will get my camera up and running so I can so you what I think will happen. The second is a homemade pepper spray recipe that you keep in a water bottle if your jogging at night.I will test how affective it is. Keep you posted
