Sensei Tomoji Miyamoto does a beautiful Bassai Dai kata, in presence of Master Shigeru Egami. From the early 70's. Example of Shoto-kai's peculiar relaxed Karate Do style.

Its the kata , a different approach to the material , harmonies and loose power , much to learn from the fact it can even be done in tow such diverse ways .
I dont understand much of Egamis work , but have a lot of respect for it , his essay on the karate punch is one of the most humble things I have ever read in martial arts
