Good total body workout for MA
I need some advice, I need to loose a few kilograms but can't seem to find a good program that suits me that can help me loose the weight as well as give me more power and flexibility for the sport I am doing. Is there any advice you all can give me that will help please? I have seen that a few people suggest to do strongman exercises for the power but it feels for me that I am losing some of my flexibility when I do it or I just do it wrong and rethink the program I am following apart from normal class training

When I was a bit over the weight limit when training for TKD tournaments I started running straight after class. Not only did I lose the excess weight but my game seemed to improve also. My strikes seemed more focussed and sharper and I had better stamina and was able to spar longer.
Definitely running probably best straight after class whilst you're still mentally fired up and your body is in the aerobic band.1 vote by Shane Clapson
