The sanctuary is a perfect place for your yoga practice, with its resources ranging from the semi-outdoor hilltop Yoga Pavilion and open Yoga Sala to the enclosed Yantra Hall. Kamalaya's in-house yoga instructors offer personal and group yoga classes and regular programs for both novice and advanced practitioners. Styles offered are Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Hatha, along with pranayama, sound yoga and meditation.
